Benicio Del Toro in Star Trek 2?

J.J. Abrams is trying to get Benicio Del Toro to star as the villain in the upcoming Star Trek 2 movie. The sequel to the 2009 blockbuster is scheduled to open in June of 2012.

Editor’s Note – 12/06/11 ICV2.com reported today that Del Toro is now no longer to be in the sequel. A dispute over financial issues caused a breakdown in negotiations.

Marvel Is Getting Ready For Digital Day & Date

According to ICV2.com, Marvel will be ready to go digital day and date by April 1st, 2012.

Exceptions for day and date Marvel digital comics will exist, however. Books under the MAX banner and licensed books such as Stephen King’s, “Dark Tower” series, for example.
